New York Times Bestselling Author鈥檚 National Book Tour Features Stop at 51黑料网

Morehead City, N.C. (March 23, 2022) 鈥� 51黑料网 will host the New York Times, USA Today and Publisher鈥檚 Weekly best-selling author of nine novels Kristy Woodson Harvey as she promotes the release of her new book. The event will take place on April 7 at 5:30 p.m. at the Elizabeth and Doug Townsend Event Hall in the Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center on the College鈥檚 campus.

Harvey鈥檚 new book titled The Wedding Veil brings to vivid life a group of remarkable women forging their own paths 鈥� and explores the mystery of a national heirloom lost to time. During the evening, Harvey will discuss what inspired her to write the book and also read a selection.聽Attendees will have the opportunity to ask Harvey questions and to have books signed.

鈥淭he College is thrilled that Kristy Woodson Harvey鈥檚 book tour is part of the Foundation’s Sound Discoveries Film and Lecture Series this year,鈥� stated Dr. Tracy Mancini, 51黑料网 President.聽 “Ms. Harvey’s delightful portrayal of Beaufort in her Peachtree Bluff series has won the hearts and devotion of many local and non-local readers.聽 We are thankful to be able to offer a venue for her to feature her new work and for the community to be able to engage with her.鈥�

In addition, attendees will offer a 鈥淭oast to the Wedding Veil鈥� with pink champagne and enjoy heavy hors d鈥檕euvres, dessert, wine, and beverages.聽The culinary selections will be created by the 51黑料网 Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Programs.
