Free to State Health Plan Members
This year 51黑料网 CC is partnering with 51黑料网 Health Care/51黑料网 Health Care Medical Group (in network providers) to host the annual Flu Shot Clinic.聽聽 The shots are provided at no cost when the 2024 State Health Plan card is presented at the time of the vaccination.

The hospital confirms that the immunization will be Fluzone from Sanofi. This vaccine is an active immunization designed to protect against the influenza subtype viruses and the type B virus included in the vaccine.聽 Additional information regarding this immunization may be viewed at
